04

Music distribution and release delivery

When you submit music, artwork, videos, contributor information, release metadata, or other distribution material, RMC Records may share the information necessary to deliver, manage, monetize, identify, administer, or support your release.

This may include sharing relevant release information with digital music services, video platforms, distribution technology providers, metadata partners, rights-management partners, and other service providers involved in delivering or administering your content.

Information that forms part of a public release—such as artist names, track titles, artwork, credits, label information, and release metadata—may become publicly visible on third-party platforms.

05

Payments and Razorpay

RMC Records uses payment providers such as Razorpay to process subscription payments and certain one-time service fees.

RMC Records may receive payment status, transaction IDs, order or subscription IDs, payment method category, timestamps, and other transaction information required to verify and manage payments.

RMC Records does not need to receive or store your full payment card number, card security code, UPI authentication credential, or banking password when payment is handled through the payment provider's secure checkout.

06

Service providers and third parties

We may use third-party service providers to operate parts of RMC Records, including hosting, databases, authentication, storage, payment processing, email delivery, security, and music distribution infrastructure.

These providers may process information only to the extent needed to provide their services to RMC Records or as otherwise permitted by their own terms, privacy policies, or applicable law.

Third-party music platforms and services that receive a release may have their own privacy policies and data practices. RMC Records does not control how an independent third-party platform processes information after receiving it under its own services.

07

Cookies, sessions, and local storage

RMC Records may use cookies, browser storage, session tokens, or similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in, authentication, security, account continuity, fraud prevention, and core website functionality.

If optional analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies are added in the future, this policy and any required consent controls may be updated accordingly.

08

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, process payments, manage releases, meet contractual responsibilities, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Some release, payment, royalty, statement, audit, and transaction records may need to be retained even after an account is closed or a release is removed.

If content has already been delivered to third-party platforms, removal from RMC Records does not necessarily mean that all copies, caches, historical listings, or records on those third-party services disappear immediately.

09

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect account information, release files, payment references, and other data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for notifying RMC Records if you believe your account has been compromised.

10

Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact RMC Records to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable law and legitimate contractual, accounting, fraud-prevention, distribution, and record-keeping requirements.

Some information can also be changed directly through your artist account where editing tools are available.

A deletion request may not automatically cancel active subscriptions, unresolved payments, release obligations, pending disputes, or distribution arrangements. Those matters may need to be completed separately.

11

Artists under the age of legal capacity

If you are not legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction, you should use paid or contractual RMC Records services only with the involvement and authorization of a parent, guardian, or other person legally permitted to act for you.

12

International processing

RMC Records may use technology providers, music platforms, or distribution partners that process information in locations outside your state or country. Where this occurs, information may be processed under the laws and security practices applicable to those providers and locations.

13

Third-party links

The RMC Records website may contain links to streaming platforms, social networks, payment providers, or other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

14

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
